Moby–Dick Editions / 1 Chapter, 2 Pages
The Moby–Dick editions explore how the materiality of text shape the interpretation and experience of a book.
This edition presents Herman Melville’s Moby–Dick text (1851, first American ed.) methodically formatted with changing typographic scale so that each chapter fills a double page spread. Chapters that are shorter in length appear larger and longer chapters appear smaller.
